Privacy Policy

PR Season (“we”, “us”) is made by EGGHEAD Engineering Inc. This policy explains what the PR Season app and this website collect, why, and how to delete it. The short version: your workout logs and health data stay on your phone. Our server only ever receives weekly-league totals, and only if you turn league sharing on.
What stays on your device
- Files you import (Hevy or Strong CSV exports) and everything parsed from them: workouts, exercises, sets, reps and weights.
- Data read from Apple Health (HealthKit) or Android Health Connect. We read workout sessions only, with your permission, and never write to them.
- Your Hevy API key, if you connect Hevy. It is kept in the device's secure storage and the app talks to Hevy directly; it never reaches our server.
- Photos you choose as card backgrounds and the cards you create. Sharing a card goes through your phone's share sheet to wherever you choose.
Health and fitness data from HealthKit or Health Connect is never used for advertising, never sold, and never disclosed to anyone except, with your consent, the league totals described below.

League data you share is visible to the other members of leagues you belong to (your display name, avatar, weekly totals and PR highlights). It is never public on the web: an invite link shows only the league name, metric, member count and the owner's display name and avatar.
Purchases
PR Season Pro is sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The store handles payment; we never see your card or billing details. Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat, which receives your device identifier and the store's purchase records so it can tell the app and our server whether Pro is active.
No ads, no tracking
There are no ads, no advertising or analytics SDKs, and no tracking across other companies' apps or websites. We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not ask for your name, email or phone number to use the app.
Service providers
- Railway hosts our API and database (United States).
- Vercel hosts this website.
- Expo relays push notifications to Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging.
- RevenueCat manages subscription status; Apple and Google process payments.
They process data only to provide these services to us.
Your choices and deleting your data
- Stop sharing: turn off league sharing in Settings. We immediately delete every daily total and PR you uploaded (and their reactions) and remove you from your leagues.
- Delete everything: Settings → Delete everything erases your account on our server (profile, leagues, shared totals, PRs, reactions, push tokens and usage events) and every import on your phone. It takes effect immediately.
- Uninstalling the app removes on-device data but not server data. If you no longer have the app, email us at the address below with your display name and league names and we will find and delete your data.
- Notifications can be turned off in Settings or in your phone's system settings.
- Cancelling a subscription is done in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your data and to object to processing. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
Retention
We keep shared league data while your account exists and you have league sharing on; the server only accepts daily totals from the last 400 days, and the PR feed shows the last 90 days. Deleted data is removed from the live database immediately and from backups within 30 days.
Children
PR Season is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and tell you in the app.
